Wendy is the Overall Coordinator of the Specialist Teaching Programme and the Masters Specialist Teaching.  She is a registered educational psychologist with 25 years' experience in inclusive education.  Within Specialist Teaching, Wendy co-coordinates the Learning & Behaviour Programme, interprofessional Practicum and Professional Inquiry as well as wellbeing across the programme.  Wendy is Co-Editor of Kairaranga Professional Practice Journal and Co-Director of the Equity through Education research centre.

Her doctoral research explored the fulfilment of teachers within and beyond their postgraduate study, and her co-designed Practising Fiercely framework now forms the approach to wellbeing in the ST Programme.
